I’ve been a little distracted by this thing called life. Which means I have to act like a grown up and do grown up things. I am tired of doing it. I need to not have to think, do, or say grown up things for a little while. I promise not to bark, though.
Unless I don’t get snacks.

Oh, I meant Ken! 😉
No, worries. I’m not bothered in the least. I was called Nan somewhere the other day. Then there was a correction and the correction called me something entirely different, too.
Call me whatever you like(within reason, of course), just don’t call me late for dinner!

Ruth, you and Victoria are about the only females I follow. Oh crap, now I almost forgot Nan. I better stop digging the hole. 🙂

Sofa. So far so good. Dogtime is sofa time. My feet are inextricably linked with Tosca’s. Snows is sprawled elsewhere. On the chair arms.
Keep well, and stay safe, and … dogs know best.

Dogs definitely have the right idea. Sleep all day, play at night, snacks whenever they like. Mine think they own the joint!

I have frequently wondered where you’ve gone Ruth. Happy to hear/read that you are as well as can be expected(?)… just dealing with Life’s curveballs, surprises, and “adult” responsibilities. I can CERTAINLY relate and empathize! 🙂 ❤
Be well, get rested with the dogs, and I will try to locate my bag of treats to toss your way. *smirk*

I’m okay. Just need a breather. A lot of things(not necessarily all bad) happening at once.
I like Reese’s Miniatures from the freezer.

Would I disappoint? If you dig a little deeper in the basket of goodies, you will also find ibuprofen to curtail hangovers. 😀

Mostly things are going well but heading into a stressful time. We have 20 days to sign a new contract or all faculty in the Pennsylvania state system schools will be going on strike. Never a fun prospect.

Well just between the negotiation teams on other side have to sign. We’ve even called for 3rd party binding arbitration, but the state refused because they know their offer is unfair. The faculty have already voted to strike by an 83-17% majority and the date is set.

That could become a real nail-biter!
Those kinds of things seem to always go down to the wire. More often than not they get settled but it’s still stressful.
